Guest Release Information

Welcome to Midnight HorrorScope! We're thrilled that you're interested in joining our podcast as a guest. Before we schedule your appearance, please read through the information below to understand the terms and conditions for your participation.

Guest Release Agreement

By agreeing to appear on Midnight HorrorScope, you acknowledge and consent to the following terms:

1. Recording and Distribution Rights:
   You grant Midnight HorrorScope the non-exclusive right to record, reproduce, distribute, and display the audio and video of your appearance in any media format, now known or hereafter devised, without limitation. This includes but is not limited to podcast platforms, social media, promotional materials, and other distribution channels.

2. Editorial Control:
   Midnight HorrorScope retains full editorial control over the final content. This means that the team reserves the right to edit, modify, or omit portions of the recorded material at their discretion to fit the style and structure of the show.

3. Promotional Use:
   You agree that Midnight HorrorScope may use your name, likeness, and any biographical information you provide for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media posts, website features, and other marketing efforts related to your episode.

4. Compensation:
   Your participation as a guest is on a voluntary basis, and no monetary compensation or remuneration will be provided unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

5. Content Ownership:
   While you retain ownership of your individual intellectual property, any recordings, show notes, or media assets created for your appearance become the property of Midnight HorrorScope. The podcast team is free to use these assets without restrictions or need for further approval.

6. Scheduling and Availability:
   Once you are confirmed as a guest, we will work with you to find a suitable recording time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

7. Guest Responsibilities:
   Please ensure that you have a quiet, well-lit space for recording, reliable internet, and high-quality audio equipment (a microphone or headset) for the best experience.

8. Agreement to Release:
   By appearing on Midnight HorrorScope, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian permission if under 18) and have the legal right to grant these permissions.
